Soo Kee is famous for its Sang Har Meen, and Beef Koay Teow. I adore their Beef Koay Teow. Of course, anything with Koay Teow is a given for me, but the prominent ginger flavour and tender slices of beef really make it something special.With every visit, the Prawns remained giant, fresh and succulent, while the noodles always crisp and tasty.
Pig intestines and liver with Koo Chye (Garlic Chives). It was exceptionally good. The intestines had a slight crunch and the liver was tender with a nice bite. The garlic chives added a pleasantly mild garlicky flavor that rounded off the ensemble.
Must eat this 3 items whenever I go there.
