We do not know about the Sitiawan’s specialty biscuit: Gong Pian before we went to Sitiawan. We were having some drinks in Setiawan Club and one of our local friend went out and got us some of this Gong Pian which was still piping hot. The freshly baked biscuits were so fragrant and mouth-watering. Basically there are only 2 types of Gong Pian which is onion with lard and char siew.
