Literally translated as “meat bone tea”, Bak Kut Teh is a favorite Malaysian comfort food. Who could actually resist the temptation of piping hot stock broth filled with pork meat and bones in a chicken bowl or together with mushrooms, Chinese cabbage and tofu in a clay pot? As good as it sounds, a good bowl of Bak Kut Teh offers several layer of taste, texture and aroma. And all you need is a mound or two of white rice to get you going. Thankfully, Klang has the best Bak Kut Teh spots in Malaysia that might sound like a direct invitation during the perfect cold weather or any other weather for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or supper with any sort of family and friends gathering or sometimes alone(worst case scenario). Metaphorically, it’s a heaven in a bowl or clay pot. Happy slurping the soup and chewing your favorite meat cuts!
