Klangites are normally for the original taste of Bak Kut Teh and to add seafood into the already famous dish by itself only a handful can appreciate it. So it’s really an acquired taste.

Butter Deep Fried Tilapia with Shredded Pickle Cucumber and Onions

Lai Sar Ng(in Hakka language) is made famous in Kajang by the Hakkas and now in Klang too. No words can describe the uniqueness of this dish but once you take a bite in your mouth you will never stop eating until all is gone. That’s how good it is!

The mouth watering menu makes us want to order more dishes but for now we stuck to my 2 favorite dish seafood Kak Kut Teh and Lai Sar Ng.

The restaurant which has served up likeable South Indian cuisine for close to three decades now.

When asked what distinguishes them from the dozens of banana leaf restaurants, they pointed to the variety of vegetable dishes and their famous fried chicken.

“We pressure-fry our fried chicken to make sure they are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside,” he said, adding that they used only farm-grown chicken.
