William’s Kitchen is situated in Bandar Bukit Tinggi 2 which is very close to Aeon Mall and relatively new in the business.

Since they were new in the business their menu was not ready for us so the supervisor recommended their dishes and we ended up ordering 11 dishes for dinner. We were all hungry and eager to try out their food which was very good and we completely forgotten to take pictures until the last dish which was the deep fried crispy fish skin with sweet and sour onion sauce.

Their main attraction was the fish meat(selection) mixed with other seafood drenched with their special broth and always on the stove to keep it warm. Extremely good!

  The poached chicken rice which we ordered one day in advance(Tel: 0167899222). All was wonderfully done the chicken, the aromatic and fragrant rice and the chilly and ginger dippings was all great.

If you decide to try out William’s Kitchen be sure to order this 2 dishes.

We will be there again to try out their other dishes.

Lai Sar Ng(in Hakka language) is made famous in Kajang by the Hakkas and now in Klang too. No words can describe the uniqueness of this dish but once you take a bite in your mouth you will never stop eating until all is gone. That’s how good it is!

The mouth watering menu makes us want to order more dishes but for now we stuck with Lai Sar Ng.

The restaurant which has served up likeable South Indian cuisine for close to three decades now.

When asked what distinguishes them from the dozens of banana leaf restaurants, they pointed to the variety of vegetable dishes and their famous fried chicken.

“We pressure-fry our fried chicken to make sure they are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside,” he said, adding that they used only farm-grown chicken.
