What makes this prawn noodles different from others is the aromatic broth and generous amount of toppings such as prawns, hard boiled egg, kangkung, bean sprouts and sambal. I added extra toppings intestines and sotong.

A perfect blend of Malaysian and Moghul recipes makes Restaurant Syed Kadir’s Nasi Bukhara a crowd’s favourite. Tasty combination: Restoran Syed’s Chicken Bukhara comes complete with mutton dalcha, hard-boiled egg and acar. The rice has to be fluffy and not soggy, which is why the best rice for briyani is “basmati.”
