Khachapuri is a traditional Georgian dish of cheese-filled bread. The bread is leavened and allowed to rise, and is shaped in various ways. The filling contains cheese, eggs and other ingredients. I have never tasted such a freshly baked bread with a unique flavor of Georgian cheese – suluguni. Totally awesome!

All the favorite Georgian dishes are offered here. Everything from the bread and pastries and ending with pickles and condiments, are prepared here in the restaurant and many ingredients and products are imported from Georgia.

Location of this restaurant is impressive: the most scenic stretch between Griboyedov Canal Kazan Cathedral and Saviour on the Spilled Blood, to all the major attractions on the doorstep, from the windows you can see the channel, boats and Zinger House. Three consecutive hall with brick arches decorated extremely cozy: vivid plush chairs, lots of different-sized lampshades with fringe on the ceiling, paintings of Georgian artists on the walls. The kitchen is open, so waiting for your order, you can watch the chefs work. In the summer next to the restaurant, right on the canal embankment, guest hundred-meter terrace is open.
